SPRING VALLEY, WI – In working with the Spring Valley Schools Empty Bowls project the Sun-Argus received permission from Spring Valley High School Art Teacher Becky Leland to access their Instagram pages. We now can review and pull photographs of the wonderful student artworks on display on Instagram.

Here are two recent art class assignments that we have chosen to share with you.

One is the beautiful drawings of selected Charcoal Artworks by Spring Valley High School students Kayla Lynum, Renata Sandve and Quinnlin Anderson.

The other three photographs are of unique plaster sculptures made by the 8th grade art students. They plaster cast their own hands, and even a few students casted their face and one foot!

We hope you enjoy this creative art and we hope to share more of it with you in the future.
