ELMWOOD, WI – Elmwood Schools welcomed their 318 students in grades 4K through 12 for the 2018-2019 School Year on Tuesday, September 4, the day after the Labor Day holiday weekend.

The students will find some new faces beginning with Superintendent Dr. Glenn Webb along with some new teachers and bus drivers.

Dr. Webb reported in his column in the September/October District Newsletter about being ready for the new school year, “Some carpets have been replaced and the floors shine like new. So sharpen up your pencils, pack your bags, we are ready for you.”

Supt. Webb continued, “We are setting high expectations for academics, athletics and the arts. Our plan is to work hard and produce results that are off the charts.”

He concluded his remarks saying, “I cannot wait for the school year to start; I am truly honored and excited. I get to serve the students, staff and this community, who are so awesome and united.”
