WOODVILLE, WI – The first of five spacious two bedroom 55 plus Senior Living Park View Heights Twin Homes have been completed and are ready for rental occupancy. Park View Community Campus Director Melissa Walthall and her Board were on hand for an Open House and tours at 320 Norske Drive, Woodville, Wisconsin last Saturday afternoon, January 19 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Over 50 people stopped in to admire the lovely new one level twin homes constructed by local builder Leaf Custom Homes and their team of craftsman subcontractors.

“Leaf was easy to work with and did a good job,” noted a smiling Director Walthall in the roomy kitchen area of the east rental unit where the Open House took place. The open floor plan of the kitchen features a dishwasher and large sink in a handy center island. There are plenty of cupboards, a microwave oven, stove and refrigerator conveniently situated to the center island. The open floor plan in this area also includes space for dining and living room furniture.

The room was bright with plenty of natural and artificial lighting and nice views to the outside.

The lots are backed by woods and they are in a peaceful Woodville residential subdivision, ideal for seniors who like to walk, put in birdfeeders or gardens. The reasonable $1,400 rent includes all snow removal, and landscape maintenance. No Shoveling snow and no lawn mowing required!

Moving through the well-designed floor plans there is a large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom that also has a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The adjoining bedroom also has a full bathroom with bathtub.

The hall on the other side of the kitchen has a large coat closet and smaller storage closet.

All of the Twin Homes come equipped with shiny new laundry washing and dryer machines as well as a good-sized utility sink.

The units have wood flooring throughout that look very nice and will be durable and easy to maintain. There are also large attached double garages at each Twin Home perfect for his and her vehicles.

This is 55 year plus housing with no pets or children allowed with no lease to sign, just month to month rental and two of the units are ready for occupancy today.
