Elmwood Memorial Day program

ELMWOOD, WI – The Crain-Ottman American Legion Post 207 and Auxiliary Unit 207 will hold their Memorial Day program on May 27, 2019 at the Elmwood Veteran’s Memorial Park, Elmwood, WI.  This year’s speaker is Sgt. Collin Nevin.  He is a member of the Crain-Ottman Post.  In case of rain the program will be held at the Elmwood Auditorium.

The schedule for the outlying cemeteries is as follows:

St. John’s Lutheran (Hatchville) - 8:15 a.m., Oakridge (Reed) 8:30 a.m., Spring Lake (Both) - 8:50 a.m., Sacred Heart (Farm Hill) - 9:30 a.m., Old Rock Elm - 9:45.a.m., Poplar Hill - 10:00 a.m., Veteran’s Memorial Park - 11:00 am.

All Legion and Auxiliary members who plan on going to all the outlying cemeteries, please be at the Elmwood Auditorium by 7:45 a.m.  Departure time will be at 8:00 a.m.  There will be a pot-luck dinner following the service at the Elmwood Auditorium.

Please bring your own chair, as they will not be provided.

Woodville Memorial Day Program

WOODVILLE, WI – The Woodville American Legion Post 301 will hold their Memorial Day program on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Sunset Cemetery in Woodville, WI at 10:30 a.m.

Baldwin Memorial Day Program
Presented by Baldwin American Legion Post 240

BALDWIN, WI – The Baldwin American Legion Post 240 will hold their annual Memorial Day program on Monday, May 27, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Baldwin Cemetery.

The schedule for the outlying cemeteries is as follows:

Woodside Cemetery- 9a.m., Peace Lutheran Cemetery- 9:15 a.m.

Memorial Day Service at Baldwin Cemetery-9:30

The service will begin with the posting of the colors, opening remarks, and the chaplain’s prayer, followed by the National Anthem with music by Megan Martinson, and the salute to the dead by the Post 240 Honor Guard. The service will conclude with Taps.

Refreshments will be served at the legion hall afterward along with the Wisconsin Remembering our Fallen Memorial
