BALDWIN, WI – Western Wisconsin Health (WW Health) would like to announce there will be organizational changes happening in the marketing and foundation departments.

Amanda Gustafson, Director of Community Relations, has accepted a position as the Director of Human Resources at Adoray Home Health and Hospice.  Her last day at WW Health was August 24, and she will begin her new role on September 4. 

“Amanda has been a key leader since she joined WW Health in 2009,” said Alison Page, CEO. “Her talent, creativity, market savvy and energy have been the driving force behind countless branding, fundraising, and marketing strategies over the past eight years.”

Amanda led the rebranding process from Baldwin Area Medical Center to Western Wisconsin Health and the capital campaign to build the new fitness center and therapeutic pool. Amanda has also served on boards and volunteers for various organizations. She is now serving as Secretary for the Baldwin-Woodville Chamber of Commerce and is the Past President of the Central St. Croix Chamber of Commerce.

Maggie Cogbill has accepted the Director of Community Relations position at WW Health and will move to her new role on Monday, September 4.  Maggie has worked for WW Health for almost two years as a Marketing Coordinator.  She played a key role in the rebranding process as Baldwin Area Medical Center transitioned to Western Wisconsin Health.

Maggie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the Art Institutes International Minnesota and has a background in graphic design, project management, and marketing/branding. Prior to joining WW Health, she worked as the manager of FedEx Office in Stillwater. Maggie is also currently serving as the Secretary for the Central St. Croix Chamber of Commerce.

Rosa Magnus joined the WW Health team on Monday, August 28 as the Development Manager. Rosa will oversee the Foundation and volunteers. Rosa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of San Antonio and has a background in event planning, volunteer management, fundraising, and human resources. She was previously working as the Volunteer and Event Planning Coordinator at Hudson Hospital.
