SPRING VALLEY, WI – The Spring Valley Chamber of Commerce is once again sponsoring a community 4th of July Celebration and YOU are invited! This is a great Independence Day get together not only for our community, but for the surrounding communities as well on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

We have ball games planned and food stands available. The American Legion will have brats, hotdogs, pop, water, Gatorade and Northwoods Kettle Corn. The American Legion Auxiliary are selling baked goods, the Sacred Heart Catholic Youth are serving root beer floats and walking tacos, and the Spring Valley Royalty will have Glo-Sticks and Raffle Baskets.

The ball game schedule for the day is as follows: 1:00 p.m. 2nd grade boys and girls. 2:30 p.m. 3rd grade boys vs 4th grade boys. 4:30 p.m. 5th grade boys vs 6th grade boys. 6 p.m. 7th grade boys vs 8th grade boys. 7:30 p.m. Legion Team vs. Alumni.

Spectacular 4th of July fireworks will begin at sunset at about 9:45 p.m., bring your blankets, folding chairs and bug spray…

The community 4th of July Celebration sponsored by the Spring Valley Chamber Commerce takes place on the ball fields at Syverson Practice Field right next to the Spring Valley Dam at the north end of McKay Avenue in Spring Valley, Wisconsin.

All donations to help defray the cost of the fireworks are welcome and can be dropped into the cans at the event or sent to the Spring Valley Chamber of Commerce, P.O. box 351 Spring Valley, WI 54767. Thank you to all the local businesses and individuals who have contributed to this fun annual Independence Day Celebration!
