BALDWIN, WI – There is a Beef Cow-Calf workshop scheduled by UW-Extension offices on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Ag Service and Education Center, 1960 8th Ave, Baldwin WI, 54002. Registration begins at 6:15pm; program is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

The topics covered will be Using Genomics & Genomically Enhanced EPD’s in Your Cow-calf Operation.  This session will be presented by Dr. Matt Spangler, University of Nebraska Extension Beef Genetics Specialist via live webinar.  Fall / Winter 2018-19 Market Outlook will be presented by Brenda Boetel, UW-Extension Livestock Economist.  The final session, Preparing for Winter Feeding Needs of the Cow-calf Herd will be presented by Ryan Sterry, UW Extension St. Croix County.
