BALDWIN, WI – It time for the 2017 Baldwin-Woodville High School Homecoming celebration with a full week of activities and sporting competitions. Here is a listing of the various events for September 18 thru 22.

The fun begins with Mellow Monday and the Dress up for the day is PJ’s with the Pep Fest Activity: Teacher Family Feud. For sports, there is: Girls Golf Tournament @ Ellsworth

JV Soccer @ Millpond Park, Girls V Tennis @ Ellsworth, 4:30- C FB vs SCC, 6:00-JV FB vs SCC.

The Homecoming Bonfire and Homecoming Coronation are at the high school following the JV Football game. (the community is invited and welcome!)

September 19 is Twin Tuesday with Multiplicity Day as the Dress up. The sports competitions will be: X Country @ Barron, V Soccer @ Chippewa Falls, Girls Golf Tournament, 5:45

C, Volleyball vs Osceola, 5:45- JV Volleyball vs Osceola, 7:00- V Volleyball vs Osceola.

It is Winkler Wednesday on the 20th with Dress up: Mathlete vs athlete and Pep Fest Activity: Powderpuff Football.

The 21st is Throw Back Thursday, with Black/White Day for Dress up. For sports, there is: 4:30 V Soccer @ Barron, 4:15- V Girls Tennis @ New Richmond, 5:45- C Volleyball @ SCC

5:45- JV Volleyball @ SCC and 7:00- V Volleyball @ SCC.

September 22 is Festive Friday, with SCHOOL SPIRIT as the Dress up for the day.

There is the Greenfield Homecoming Parade at 8:30am (Mr. Sell, fall athletes, cheer team, band members). The Pep Fest Activity is: Class Videos,  Mattress Race, & Male volleyball

Prior to game - SOS tailgate party! (COMMUNITY WELCOME!) SOS Tailgate Meal (SOS is not “save our ship” it is Students Offering Support. The goal is to make BWHS a community beyond the school. Involvement, appreciation, and mental health are focuses that we endeavor to enhance in students within our reach. We invite you to our SOS tailgate party on September 22 before the Homecoming game!), Soccer Silent Auction, FFA beef sticks, Choir sponsored Hawks Hair & face paint, X Country root beer floats, Softball: 50/50 raffle.

It is Varsity football at 7:00 p.m. the B-W Hawks vs Ellsworth with a halftime performance by the award-winning Marching Blackhawks, presenting their 2017 show entitled “Empty Nest” directed by Mr. Adam Bassak

At 9:00 p.m. (following the football game) is the Homecoming Dance. Tickets: $4 when purchased in advance, $5 at door. Happy Homecoming and GO HAWKS!
