STEVENS POINT, WI - On April 8, 2017 over 250 teams from around the state gathered in Stevens Point to compete in the Wisconsin State Destination Imagination tournament. Greenfield Elementary's team of Sydney Boyer, Gus Kroening, Jack Manninen, Ty Manninen, and Ryan Veenendall (The Mindblowers), managed by Hilary Boyer, competed in the improvisational challenge: 3-Peat.

The team was required to create three improv skits from a single story prompt.  Each of the three skits had to incorporate a different randomly selected stock character and be presented in an different randomly selected genre.

The team made a clean sweep of the tournament, placing first in both their instant challenge and first overall.  Their incredible performance earned them the right to compete at this year's Global Finals to be held in Knoxville, TN on May 24-27!

Please look for future fundraisers and join us in supporting The Mindblower’s trip to compete with other DI teams from all over the world. If you would like to contribute to the team's efforts, you can drop off donations with Mrs. Kittelson or visit the team's Go Fund Me page at www.gofundme.com/bwmindblowers.
