Constance Veronica Moga, age 91, of Spring Valley, died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Park View Home, Woodville.
Connie was born February 19, 1925 to Theodore and Frances (Tybora) Lipinski at Winona, Minnesota. She grew up at Winona and attended St Stan’s Grade School and Winona High School.
After high school, Connie trained as a machinist and moved to Seattle, Washington during the World War II where she worked for Boeing Airlines. She considered herself a ‘Jack-of-all-trades’. She had worked at Advanced Rubber in Minneapolis, as a lab tech at a hospital in LaCrosse, at McMillan’s in Woodville, among other jobs.
She was preceded in death by parents; her husband Eugene; daughter Dorene; and 2 brothers Francis and Robert Lipinski.
Survivors include her children: David Moga of Aiken, MN; Wayne (Laurie) Moga of Spring Valley; Theodore Moga of Fountain City, WI; Susan Somerson of Minneapolis; son-in-law Dan Pittman of New Hope, MN; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley. Funeral mass was Saturday, February 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Spring Valley with burial at a later date in the church cemetery.
