ELMWOOD, WI – It is the Lenten season once again and of course there is the dedication to the religious aspect of that for the faithful, but there is also the added bonus of having the opportunity to enjoy a good Friday Night Fish Fry. It is time to leave the cooking and dishes to someone else and get out and have a good meal with the family and friends.

Of all the good Friday Fish Fry options out there, the local’s know that one of the best places for Friday Night Fish Fry happens annually at the Elmwood Rod and Gun Club. The generous buffet that features deep fried and baked codfish is “all you care to eat” for a very reasonable price and will be every Friday night now until Easter. In addition to fish you can also have fried shrimp, Sailer’s hot dogs, coleslaw, macaroni salad, cut raw veggies, baked beans, baked potato, pudding and beverage with bar service downstairs.

The hours are 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. with Take-Out available. The Elmwood Rod and Gun club is located one mile west of Elmwood on Highway 72. You can call 715 639-6461 for information or to place a Take-Out order.
