ST. PAUL, MN – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is hosting a youth fishing tournament at its Eau Galle Recreation Area in Spring Valley, Wisconsin on Saturday, June 3, 2017.

  • Spring Valley Prom is ‘Out of this World’

    SPRING VALLEY, WI – Everyone was looking spectacular for the Spring Valley Junior/Senior Prom that was held April 2, 2017. The Grand March took place at the SV Middle-High School. The Prom attendees then went to the Grand Banquet Hall in Stillwater, Minnesota for an evening of delicious dinner and energetic dancing. The 2017 Prom theme was "Out of this World."

  • Woodville Senior Center hosts AED demonstration

    WOODVILLE, WI -- This past Thursday, May 11, several Woodville Lions volunteered their muscle, artistic abilities and redid the landscaping around the three flag poles next to the pavilion in Steven Park in Woodville. Lions that helped on this service project were: Terry Stone, Steve Aaby, Kevin Zimmerman, Julie Mahoney, Don Timmerman, Greg Jacobson, Scott DeMotts, Rick Torgerson and Jeff Schneider.

  • Spring construction continues on St Croix Crossing bridge

    STILLWATER, MN -- Construction crews continue to make progress at the St. Croix Crossing bridge. Workers have been deck grinding on the bridge as part of the preparation for a chip seal coating, which will protect the driving surface from moisture penetration into the concrete deck.
