ELLSWORTH, WI -- It is time once again to get your annual flu vaccination. The cost is $32.00 for regular flu shots and $60.00 for high dose flu shots, high dose vaccine is recommended and available for people age 65 and over.

There is no cost to you for either vaccine if you are covered by Medicare Part B or Medicare affiliated HMOs, but you must have your Medicare/Insurance card with you.

The following locations, dates and times are available for getting your 2016 flu vaccination:

Plum City Elementary School, Monday, October 24, 1:00-2:00pm.

Prescott Public at High School, Tuesday, October 25, 3:00-4:30pm.

Ellsworth Public Health Office, Tuesday, November 1, 2:00-4:00pm.

Spring Valley Ambulance, Monday, November 7, 3:30-4:30pm.

Remember to bring your Medicare or Medicare HMO Insurance card with you!

No appointment is necessary.
